Tasty chili con carne :)

Ingredients

This is the list of ingredients to prepare 6 portions size of 210 grams.

  • 300 grams of ground turkey meat
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can of tomatoes in tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1 can of red beans
  • 1 cup of brown rice (cooked)

Preparation

Heat the oil in a saucepan
Add the onion and wait until it becomes soft, then add garlic.
Then add meat and wait until it's fried.
Add diced peppers and wait (stiring) until it becomes soft.
Add tomatoes with a juice and a tbsp of tomato paste .
Add spices (salt, black pepper, cayenne, oregano, basil, sweet pepper and cinnamon)
Cook under the cover for about an hour and a half on a small heat.(checking and stiring from time to time)
Than add beans and cook for another 30 minutes.
Serve with a little bit of rice
