Ingredients

This is the list of ingredients to prepare 2 portions size of 308 grams.

  • 2 chicken breasts fillet
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of shredded lettuce
  • 2 toamtoes
  • 1 cup of brown rice cooked
  • 3 tsps of lemon juice

Preparation

List of ingredients:
200 grams of chicken breast,
1 tbso of olive oil,
3 tsp of lemon juice (from squezzed lemon)
2 garlic cloves (crushed), sweet pepper, sea salt, thyme
1 cup of cooked rice (preferably brown)
2 cups of shredded lettuce 
2 tomatoes
 
Rub chicken breast fillets with  sea salt, grated garlic, thyme, pepper, olive oil and lemon
Preheat a grill pan and roast fillet a few minutes on each side
In the meantime, cook the rice and prepare salad.
Chop tomatoes, mix with salad, sprinkle with olive oil, add a little bit of salt and black pepper.
