Quinoa muffins
Ingredients
This is the list of ingredients to prepare 6 portions size of 96 grams.

- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup of quinoa cooked
- 1/2 of red pepper
- 1/2 cupof chopped onion
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees of F. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix it with cooked quinoa. Gently add chopped vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Lightly grease muffin baking pan. Then bake the muffins for 30 minutes or until golden brown. You can eat with guacamole or greek yogurt.
