Easy to prepare shrimp, spinach and tomatoes with pasta dinner.

Ingredients

This is the list of ingredients to prepare 2 portions size of 338 grams.

  • 100 grams of pasta (whole-wheat, cooked)
  • 200 grams of shrimps
  • 2 tsp of parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 5 green olives
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 tbsp of crushed garlic
  • 1 cup of chicken broth

Preparation

Heat 1/2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan and add peeled shrimp seasoned with a pinch of salt for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat.
Next, remove the shrimp and add chopped parsleyand 1 clove of garlic (crushed).
After about 1 minute, add 1 cup of fresh spinach, then tomato halves and chicken broth.
Cover and cook it the next three minutes.
Then add shrimps and cooked pasta.
Mix it and enjoy:)
